Sourdough Bread- Locally made, naturally fresh!
Our bake shop is located in central Maine on our homestead farm of twenty acres. We focus on hearty, delicious sourdough bread, and lighter yeast bread- all made with natural and organic ingredients- locally grown when possible.
A sampling of our bread includes Foccacias, Bauernbrot, Bavarian Pretzels, DreikornBrot, Wheat, Cinnamon and Oatmeal bread. We also offer some wonderful cookies and granolas. These are all made with the freshest, most delicious ingredients we can find. Our sourdough bakery is family owned and operated.
We look forward to seeing you each Saturday throughout the market season at the Newport Farmer's Market. We also attend the Downtown Waterville Farmers' Market on Thursday afternoons, the Skowhegan market, and the Bangor market at Sunnyside Greenhouses.
